As a technician at Riley Heating & Cooling, my day starts early. I’m up at 6 AM, ready to tackle whatever heating and cooling challenges await. After a quick breakfast, I hop in my company van and head to our morning briefing.

8 AM: Team Huddle

At the office, we gather for our daily meeting. Today, there’s excitement in the air as we discuss the ongoing promotion for air conditioning installation. Our manager reminds us about the importance of educating customers on energy efficiency and the benefits of modern HVAC systems.

On the Road: First Call of the Day

By 9 AM, I’m on my way to the first appointment. It’s an HVAC install for a new homeowner. These are always rewarding, as I get to help someone improve their home comfort from the ground up.

Tasks for a Typical HVAC Installation:

  • Assess the home’s layout and insulation
  • Determine the right size unit for the space
